Hak Glitch – Soon to be fixed?

The only automated responses are one that say so specifically in the response. These are only for select issues such as with pin resets that do not require a GM response.

You will see standard responses from GMs. This comes from the fact that with any given issue, you are likely not the only person who has ever had the problem.

Just because you got an answer you don’t like doesn’t make the answer wrong.

Now, with the Hak thing. We are looking into it. I am actually heading to a meeting about it right now.

However the issue is that we can’t just go around giving everybody the benefit of the doubt on it. If we give you the benefit of the doubt, than mister hacker gets the benefit of the doubt too. And the second we unban a hacker is the second you guys flip out and tell us how bad we suck because we don’t care about hackers.

So, the point being; The situation sucks. I am not happy about it, and I know you guys aren’t happy about it. But we are working on it.

I will let you guys know when I get some news.

It seems Nexon is working on getting the Hak glitch fixed. Hang in there guys!
