It is indeed a real item. I don’t exactly know what its for but I have seen it in the trade shop as well.
Yeah, I’ve seen it in the MTS.
It was a april fools joke in maplekorea it was replaced with the secret book in the quest Mr.Wetbottoms Secret Book. Somehow it leaked out into other versions.
