Hime Replaced by Skelorm? Character Slot Coupon Error Fixed During Server Check Tonight

It appears that longtime community liaison, Hime, has company on the official MapleStory forums. A new Nexon official with an apparent fondness for sea lions, going by the alias Skelorm, has started responding to posts in the Bug & Glitch Reporting forum. There is no word as to whether Hime has been officially replaced or if Nexon is beefing up their presence on the MapleStory forums.

According to Skelorm, tonights server maintenance taking place from 11 PM to 4 AM Pacific/2 AM to 7 AM Eastern will be dedicated to fixing an error causing Character Slot Coupons to fail when used.

It took 573 posts for a Nexon official to respond to an error topic. Do you think this is acceptable?
